Relocate-America.com selected the top cities based on nominations, plus economic, environmental, education, crime, employment and housing data for the past year. Of Oviedo, the site says 33,000 residents “enjoy a small-town flavor with an exceptional education system and numerous recreational amenities” as well as easy access to jobs, shopping and entertainment.
